パレードグラウンドルール | 道南はこだてレインボープライド

はこだてレインボーパレードの参加の際は、
以下のグラウンドルールをお守りいただくようお願いします。

・はこだてレインボーパレードはLGBTQが「自分らしく生きていい」という思いを胸に支援者であるアライと街を歩くイベントです。
この主旨にご賛同の上、ご参加いただくようお願いいたします。

・見た目だけで性別や属性を判断して呼ばないでください。
また、相手のセクシュアリティやライフスタイルを勝手に推測したり・否定したりしないでください。

・参加されるいかなる特定の個人やグループに対しても誹謗中傷や偏見・差別を助長するような言葉、冗談、ハラスメントや暴力は容認しません。

・会場には、周囲にカミングアウト（自身のセクシュアリティの開示）をしていない人も多く参加しています。
写真や動画の撮影は背景に他の来場者が写り込まないようアングルに注意する等、ご配慮の上行ってください。
またSNS等への投稿の際は写っている本人の同意を得てください。
なお、運営側でイベント中に写真や動画の撮影を行い、ホームページやSNSでの公開を予定しています。
写りたくない方は撮影禁止ゾーンでの参加をお願いいたします。

・撮影禁止ゾーンを用意しますが、沿道等からの撮影をされる可能性が排除できないため、各自で対策を取っていただくようお願いします。

・オープニングイベントでは、各団体の方へあいさつをいただく予定です。
また個人の方でお話ししたいことがある場合、時間が許せばマイクを握ってもらうことを想定しています。
皆さんのご発言は力強いメッセージとして、ぜひホームページやSNSで写真とともに公開したいと考えています。
お話をいただいた方でホームページ等での公開を辞退されたい方は、スタッフまでお声がけください。

・写真撮影の強制や、連絡先の交換、執拗な付きまといなどの迷惑行為は行わないでください（お困りの際はスタッフまでお知らせください）。

・子どもから大人まで多様な人が集まる公共の場であるため、過度な露出はご遠慮ください。
飲酒や喫煙をしながらのご参加もお控えください。

・パレード中は交通整理のスタッフの指示に従ってください。
横3列で行進しますが、フラッグを掲げる方は、走行中の車の邪魔にならないよう歩道側に位置していただくようお願いします。
また各種交通ルールを守り、安全に行われるようご協力願います。

・救護が必要な場合や、必要と思われる人を見かけた場合を含め、お困りごとがあればいつでも遠慮なくスタッフまでお知らせください。

If you are taking part in the Hakodate Rainbow Parade,
please observe the following ground rules.

・The Hakodate Rainbow Parade is an event where members of the LGBTQ community walk through the city alongside their allies, carrying with them the belief that it is okay to live as one’s true self.
We ask that you participate in the event in full support of this principle.

・Please do not use gender or other characteristics based solely on appearance when addressing someone.
Furthermore, please do not make assumptions about or dismiss the other person’s sexuality or lifestyle.

・We will not tolerate any language, jokes, harassment or violence that defames, disparages, or promotes prejudice or discrimination against any specific individual or group participating in the event.

・Many attendees at the venue have not yet come out to those around them.
Please be considerate when taking photographs or videos, ensuring that other attendees are not captured in the background.
Furthermore, please obtain the consent of anyone appearing in your posts before sharing them on social media or similar platforms.
Please note that the organizers will be taking photographs and videos during the event, which are scheduled to be published on our website and social media.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please stay within the no-photography zones.

・We will designate areas where photography is prohibited; however, as we cannot rule out the possibility of people taking photographs from the roadside or similar locations, we ask that you take your own precautions.

・During the opening event, we plan to invite representatives from each organization to say a few words.
We also intend to give the floor to individuals who wish to speak, time permitting.
We would like to publish your comments, along with photographs, on our website and social media as powerful messages.
If you have spoken and do not wish your comments to be published on our website or other platforms, please let a member of staff know.

・Please refrain from engaging in disruptive behavior such as forcing people to have their photograph taken, asking for contact details, or persistently following others (please inform a member of staff if you have any concerns).

・As this is a public space frequented by a wide range of people, from young children to adults, please refrain from wearing revealing clothing.
Please also refrain from participating whilst under the influence of alcohol or smoking.

・Please follow the instructions of the traffic marshals during the parade.
We will be marching in three columns, but we ask that those carrying flags position themselves on the pavement side so as not to obstruct passing vehicles.
Please also observe all traffic regulations and help to ensure the event proceeds safely.

・Please do not hesitate to inform a member of staff at any time if you have any concerns regarding the parade, including if you require first aid or if you see someone who appears to need assistance.
